The Gartrell Alumni Association (GAA) is composed of individuals and their offspring who attended Gartrell Schools located on the corner of Washington and Hickory Street in the city of England, Arkansas. The Historically Black School closed its doors for the last time in May 1970 in compliance with the federal government's desegregation policies.
